Attendee communication

The conference website is the most important tool in a convener's arsenal of communication methods. As opposed to paper posters or mail, websites and email enable faster communication at lower costs. Together with these new possibilities, new challenges arise as well. If websites aren't properly kept up to date, users tend to frequent them less often, lowering the impact of the site. Busy users, with an abundance of new emails and a lack of time, handle emails with more speed and less attention than regular mail.
Communicating with your attendees through Tog@ther introduces not only a new way of handling email and websites, but offers a full solution to deal with all online communication issues in one environment. Even with hundreds of participants, Tog@ther enables to target specific subgroups (for example, all attendees arriving on day X, coming from country Y), in order to treat them in an individual manner. Avoid having to send payment reminders to everyone that has already paid. Keep track of the last-minute-registrants, in a structured way, so they don't cause any unwanted surprises.

Flexible Questionnaires

In order to properly organize a conference or event, a convener must gather a great deal of information from attendants. Within Tog@ther, a convener can open and close flexible questionnaires in order to gather the right information at the right time. The entered information is available for each user, or in a spreadsheet report. Both the easy entry and structured storage of the answers improve the way information about attendees is retrieved.

In order to select which information needs to be emailed to which participants, an up to date view on the progress of all the participants in the registration process is required. Tog@ther offers the possibility to make detailed selections of participants, based on the information they entered (or didn't enter) in one or more of the flexible questionnaires.
