All the information of submitted, reviewed and approved items is presented in the scheduling interface. Items can then be scheduled by simple and intuitive drag-and-drop on a calendar and the schedule is saved instantly on the server (AJAX). Last-minute changes can be made very easily, by simply editing the properties of an already scheduled item. When everything has been scheduled, the programme is made available in HTML on the conference webpages. Also a PDF document for the programme can be automatically generated and made available to conference participants.

The scheduling interface works with an easy drag-and drop system, you can insert submitted items from the submissions list on the right side, create custom items or breaks, and edit the title and abstract info by clicking on the edit button (pencil). Items can be swapped, deleted and reordered very easily. By editing the starting and ending time, the item is automatically adapted in the schedule, and items can also be scheduled for all the rooms at once(e.g. lunch or break). Rooms and days can also be added and deleted.

Keeping the program updated

It is very easy for the conference convener to change program details and timing, even when they are last minute. A PDF file of the program can be made at any point, and the conference convener can alert participants of changes to the program through batch emails.
