Tog@ther guarantees that your conference website, attendee registration details, payment information, submitted documents and review information are securely stored and that regular backups are made. Tog@ther is being hosted on two different physical locations, tackling most of the possible hardware and infrastructure problems. Within the different machines, all the data is mirrored on different disks, in order to cope with hard disk failures.
The "reports" functionality enables the convener to export all attendee details to a spreadsheet, for further local operations or filtering, as well as for having a local copy of important data. These reports can also come in very handy at the actual conference.
After a conference, the repository functionality of Tog@ther enables an optimal dissemination of the conference material (papers, presentations, ... ) throughout the internet. With persistent URLS to the different conference items (articles, presentations, posters, ...), authors enjoy reliable web presence for their submitted materials.

Availability

Attendees should be able at any time to access as much up to date information as possible. This is especially true for internationally oriented conferences, that welcome attendees from different timezones. Choosing a hosted solution, like Tog@ther, is choosing this kind of availability. While inhouse maintained systems might suffer from other applications running on the same network or machine, Tog@ther's servers are dedicated solely to the online confernce management system.

Centralized Storage

Having all information available on a central system, including all reviews, enables a convener to track the whole process, and to discover possible delays or problems in an early stage. Especially when responsabilities are divided into administrative and academic tasks, it is convenientthat all personnel involved has access to real time conference information.
