Call for papers
The process of gathering conference-content, that ultimately results in proceedings, starts with the call for papers. The creativity of the conference chair in formulating attractive topics and deciding on different tracks lies at the basis of a successful call for papers. Tog@ther ensures that responding to a professional and carefully designed call for papers, happens in an equally professional way. Authors who submit their abstract, paper or poster wish to be updated as frequent as possible on the status of their submission. In Tog@ther, this starts off with an email confirmation of all data that has been submitted, assuring that the information has been received correctly. Later, an author can check the status of his submission in the "My Tog@ther" section. Conveners can choose to make the submitted content publicly available, after the content has been adequately submitted and approved. By doing so, a convener enables Google to index the information, immediately resulting in enhanced exposure for the research and for the conference itself. In the process of defining the different sets of describing form fields for each track, conveners can include multiple file upload fields, for any type of digital content. |

Organizing different tracks
Along with offering different tracks to attendees, needs for different types of information and interaction arise. Tog@ther enables every track to have its own set of descriptive fields. Interaction can be limited to simple approval by the convener. Where applicable, extensive (peer-) reviewing can be enabled. More information on reviewing. |
ProceedingsIn general, proceedings of a conference need to be made available to attendants either during or after the conference. In both cases, this can result in a race against the clock, especially if this process can only start after reviewing and scheduling has been finished. Tog@ther optimizes creation of proceedings by allowing conveners to generate proceedings based on the submissions that have been accepted.
